Anima
Ok - so we are independently run, and some of our owners can do 1080’s. Doesn’t matter to you? Only 1 factor matters with us – the quality of product. Sourcing a new memory foam in footwear, a weave of glass better than
anything Emily has ever experienced off the wake. Ronix is a company that is surrounded by perfection, with products that take a little longer and are ridden harder. Thru our search we truly have created a global company – working
in 7 countries in 4 continents. A more expensive way of doing business for sure, but when you slip into our boots and hit a left hander at the end of the lake we think you’ll know why.

There have been a lot of new features in boards over the years - we just want to have them working together in new ways. Where blended variables; like arcs changing, subtle bottom design features, fin placements, and transferring
rails play such a critical role in a ride. Analyzing our video after a board modification and refining our blends - have been the cornerstone this lineup. There has never been testing like this in wakeboard shapes before. Boards that
set an edge without burying an edge, ride higher off the wake and carry more speed on landings – a sampling of many of the new styles we created.

Curves
This past off season we spent a lot of time in an undisclosed place, working with names we have chosen to leave anonymous studying curvatures in ways that we do not feel comfortable publicly talking about. Trying to find just the
right amount of hold that can still release on command is no easy task. The testing was great and we always look back at the winter of ‘06 as an amazing experience. If you are reading this catalog – call back Ronix misses you.

Curves – The Sequel
1. The most common question is how much rocker a board has. To a certain degree more height does mean a livelier board off the wake.
2. Degrees of separation. Another aspect is determined by what degree the tip of the board is off a flat surface. Boards might have a lot of tip height, but with less tip/tail degree so the board will have a smoother kick.
3. The third aspect is where that degree change kicks in. If you have a shape with a late angle change – there isn’t as much of a sweet spot so the board will have more of a straight up pop. |
