Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and materials. Items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Wakegiant.com reserves the right to access a 20% restocking charge on all CLOSEOUT / SALE items or to any order that is returned without a RA number. Special Order items are not returnable. If you should need to return an item contact Wakegiant.com by E-Mail and request a RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number. Special Orders
When something is purchased as a "Special Order", it can mean one of several things:
1. It could mean that it is not a normally stocked item and it will be ordered on your behalf.
2. It could mean that it is a normally stocked item but Wakegiant.com is temporarily out of stock or the item is backordered from the manufacturer.
3. It could mean that it is a new item that Wakegiant.com anticipates arriving in the warehouse soon. If you order an item that is listed "Special Order" please allow two to four weeks for delivery.
